Four kinds of people reach out to us. Find yours and you will land with the right person the first time.
New athletes and families
Every athlete starts with a free assessment. Speed, output, strength and movement are measured on day one, then a plan is built around that athlete. If your kid is 6 to 18+ and takes their sport seriously, start here.
Teams, clubs and coaches
Group training blocks, team testing days and off-season programs for flag football, football, volleyball, basketball, hockey and lacrosse. Tell us the sport, the age group and the season window.
Recovery and therapy
Athletic therapy and physiotherapy run on site, right off the training floor. Return to play, taping, mobility work and recovery sessions are booked separately from training.
Partners, media and careers
Sponsorships, community partnerships, press and coaching roles. Reach out with who you are and what you have in mind. We read everything and reply to what fits.
Quick answers.
The questions we hear most from parents. If yours is not here, book the assessment and ask a coach in person.
How old does my athlete need to be?
We train athletes aged 6 to 18+. Programs are grouped by age and development stage, not just by sport.
Do you take beginners?
Yes. The assessment sets the starting point. Nobody is expected to arrive elite. They are expected to show up and work.
Is this a gym membership?
No. Every athlete trains on a plan built from their own assessment data, with coaches on the floor every session.
Do girls train here?
Girls train as equals here and often lead the room. Every sport we cover is open to every athlete.
Start with the assessment.
It is free, it is measured, and it is the first step for every athlete who trains here.
